for contacting and developing sales leads
- Closing sales
and ongoing servicing of multiple in house accounts.
- Research
markets, determine primary decision makers and make presentations
to internal and external customers...

for taking calls from customers in a small (under 4 person)
service department from customers needing service on their telephone
systems.
- Discussing
problems with customers over the telephone to ascertain if a
field visit is needed or if the problem can be solved over the
telephone.
- Perform
diagnostics on Norstar and Meridian Option 11-81 systems...
