EARTEL is looking for a new member to add to our growing team. EARTEL is a Nortel telecommunications service and sales company, serving all of Southern California. We currently have an opening for a full-time Level II Field Technician.

Our ideal candidate would be highly motivated and bring a positive outlook to our organization. Excellent written and verbal skills are great. You will be representing EARTEL in the field so positive qualities such as attention to detail, punctuality, ability to supervise yourself and good troubleshooting skills are required.

Your primary responsibilities will include dispatch to a service area that covers all of Southern California, assisting in new system installations and working on trouble tickets and MACs.

Experience on Nortel Norstrar, BCM and or Option PBX's is a must. PBX applications and IP networking is a big plus but is not necessary. Knowledge on cable installation cat 3, cat 5, fiber, and data patch panels a plus.
